H1b stamping at Hyderabad, with prior 221g in Toronto.

Hello Folks,

 

I am planning to get my 2nd H1b stamping at Hyderabad consulate. I was previously issued a 221g at Toronto for a hit in TAL list. I had to wait for 5 weeks to obtain the clearance. I am currently holding an FTE with a different company than the one during my first H1b stamping.

 

Is anyone is the same boat? or did any one get stamped with this criteria?

 

If so, How was your visa experience in Hyderabad.

I recently attended interview at Vancouver. The 1st time was in Toronto in 2013 . i was hit by 221 g too in TAL list. 

 

I had a successful stamping and i heard from couple of other folks too who went to Vancouver with similar situation. All of them got the visa stamped.

 

I am not sure about hyderabad.
