nikrs616 Posted February 20, 2015 Report Share Posted February 20, 2015 H1B Transfer documents have already reached USCIS for a Transfer from Employer A to Employer B. Since I am not sure about the new employer B, I am thinking about telling my current employer A that I am going on 1 week vacation/ time off( not perform any work for employer A), and at the same time join employer B and try them for 1 week. If that works out(most likely), continue with Employer B. Can I do this legally ? P.S. I've over 1 week of Paid Vacation time left for the rest of the year with Employer A Link to comment
