Joe03 Posted February 20, 2015 Report Share Posted February 20, 2015 My Spouse is traveling in next month to India.She is having valid H4 Visa stamping(May 2016) on Passport(I-94 valid till May 2015).She don't have any H4 notice/petition.Is she can travel without it or need to apply for H4 petition with my Employer.
