My wife was on H4 (Visa Stamped) and has moved to F1 Status few months back. In order to qualify under the EAD Rule, where Spouse of H1B can avail EAD. Does my wife has to Change the status back to H4? or being Spouse of H1B good enough to qualify? If So, what is the fastest. Does going out of country and reenter in H4 be valid, is there a need for stamping again. Or COS needs to be applied? Link to comment

With the willingness to travel home country , also she alreay has H4 stamped, will it be required to re stamp. ? Link to comment
