Califonia H4 (I-539) regular processing time?

Hello readers,

 

Did anyone recently receive a H4 (extension of status) approval filed as 'regular' (apparently premium processing is not an option for H4 extensions filed separately) processing, from the California USCIS center?  If so, what was the receipt date and when was it approved?  Mine got filed Dec. 2014 and would like to know the approx. processing time for 539's at this center, since I have to travel outside the US.  Many thanks.
