Does H1 amendment need to file H4 for spouse.

Hi,

 

I am got my H1 started in oct 2014. My wife for her H4 stamped in India in Nov 2014 and she came to USA in Nov 2014.

 

Then i changed my client so my employer file H1 amendment for me, Now i got my new I-797 with new EAC number. Do i need to file H4 for my wife (She already have stamp of H4 from my first I-797 and she is in USA).
