Swati Swaminathan Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 Hello, I am currently on F1 visa (without stamping) and applying for OPT in April. I am graduating in June 2015. If I get a full time emplyement offer from a company within 90 days of my OPT and there is time for me to join the company can I do a vacation and go to India? My concern is since I will have to go for stamping before I reenter US and I would have finished my education, are there chances of rejection to get the stamping? -Swati Swaminathan
