Labor Still Pending - Full Time 6th year of H1B

MY company filed labor certification on Sept 5th 2014  along with my colleagues . They all received their Labor Certification last week . 

 

But i didn't receive anything from attorney yet. I'm not sure if it has to do anything with my application. My H1B expires on Sept 3rd 2015 & i'm in my 6th year of H1B

 

What are my options if my labor is rejected?

currently DOL is certifying Sept 2014 applications. You may get your approval in 1 -2 months as different officers handle cases and may be delayed.

You will have to exit the country or change status if labor is denied and appeal to reconsider is also denied.
