vijayamalli
Hi Folks, My employer filed my H1-B in 2013 when I was working with ‘A’ client. Now I moved to another client ‘B’ in 2014 and been working here since then. Now, I have scheduled my visa appointment in my home country. My employer filed new LCA when I moved to client ‘B’. Do I need to file H1-B amendment before I go for H1B stamping? Is LCA sufficient for the stamping or should the H1-B amendment is mandatory? If I have only LCA without H1-B amendment what might be the expected questions from the visa officer? Thank you, Vijay Link to comment
