Hello All,

My wife's I-140 is approved on Dec 31st 2014 with PD of September 2013 with Employer A under EB3 category.

Here are my questions:-

1. If she want to switch to Employer B, can Employer A revoke her approved I-140?

2. If Employer A doesn't revoke her approved I-140, can Employer B file I-485 directly
(when PD becomes current) or do Employer B needs to start from GC PERM?

3. If she continues to stay with her current Employer A, what are the other benefits apart
from 3 years of H1b extensions?

4. With the new immigration reform, can I-485 be filed directly after I-140 approval without
waiting for PD to be current?

Thank You

Regards,

1. Ask her employer.

2. No, B has to start the process from scratch but her PD remains same

3. Nothing

4. No one know about that.
