reddyonlinenow Posted January 5, 2015 Report Share Posted January 5, 2015 While Filing my Perm, we got the employment dates wrong. Instead of entering 30/1/2008 thru Current date, Law firm entered 31/1/2008 thru current for the current employer and the prior employer details got adjusted accordingly. Now my Perm got approved and getting ready to file I-140 this month and found this issue. What should we do now? Correct the errors in Perm and then file I-140 or can we file I-140 with the correct dates with explanation? Please advice. Link to comment
