PERM process with multiple employers.

I am with Company A and they initiated my PERM in EB3 category - Labor is just filed. Another employer Company B is willing to sponser my GC in EB2 category. And I would like to stick with Company A until my EB2 - I140 approved with Company B. Once I-140 gets approved, I will join to Company B.

 

My Questions are:

1. Can both employer simultaneously apply for Labor and I-140 for me ?

2. Does one employer's labor/140 process affect other employer's process anyway ??

3. Do I need to legally inform Company A regarding my PERM process with Company B ?
