supermanbatman
Experts, Currently I am on L1B in USA from last 2 years and my company wants convert my visa to H1B in 2016. I have overall 9+ years of experience and my education background is Bsc (Hons). During my L1B petition i have mentioned 4 of my previous companies where i worked earlier. However recently i came to know my first company (worked in 2004-2006 May) ownership got changed. Now my as per my company policy they will again run my backgroup check during H1B process. Here are my question, 1. If i remove my first company from my CV ( which will reduce my experience to 8.6 years) will USCIS reject my petition / put in RFE as i remove one company which was present during my initial L1B ( my educational evaluation was done considering my first company) 2. I will not made any changes in my resume. Note - i tried to reach out to the new owner by all means but they are not ready to take any responsibility of previous employees by any mean. So all i have the offer and reliving letter from the first owner and no way to authenticate it ( i used to get salay in voucher). Please help me here.. Regards Vivek Link to comment
jairichi
Do not remove anything from your resume or CV. Withholding of information is an offense. Since you have the offer and relieving letter it if fine enough. If anything else is required your attorney will advise you accordingly. Link to comment
