OPT Card Stolen

Hi,

 

I lost my OPT EAD card and my 1 year expires in Febuary 2015. I have the need to travel outside the country back to India. Can i apply for my STEM extension and return back into the country with a photocopy of my current EAD card ?

 

If no, what are my options?

Apply for duplicate card, you need your EAD at POE.
