menagka Posted December 15, 2014 Report Share Posted December 15, 2014 I am currently in H4. Applied for H1B in April 2014. Got selected in lottery selected, but went into RFE status. While responding to the RFE, my sponsor withdrew my application without consulting me and it is currently in “Withdrawn” status. I understand from my employer that the slot is saved. Pls share some thoughts on below queries Is it true that my slot is saved? If yes, what is the validity period of this slot? Do I need to reapply in Apr 2015? Thanks in advance. Link to comment
