Suggestion regarding applying I140 in premium or regular when company planing layoffs !

My PERM was approved this week and about to file I140. There are some rumors going on regarding some layoffs in the company early next year . Should I file the I140 in premium processing , so that hopefully I get the decision for I140 before layoffs (Just rumor though)

 

My spouse already have approved I140 , considering this so is it ok/good to spend extra money for premium processing or should i just go for regular processing?

 

Do we get queries for I140 if the company layoffs.
