Cross border with H1 petition

Hi,

 

I was in L1 and moved to H1 this October. I have a valid H1 peition now, but I didn't go for H1 stamping.

 

I also applied for Canada PR and I got the Canada PR. Now I have to cross USA border (in Niagara falls) for Canada PR work and then immediately come back to USA. 

 

Is approved H1 peition is enough to cross Canada border and come back to USA.

If your L1 is not expired you should be OK
