h1bn400
I have my H1-B visa application approved and currently working in US. I still have to get my visa stamped in India. I also have my citizenship application accepted but under back ground check via my current US military service. I applied for citizenship after my H1-B got approved. I am travelling to India in the month of January to get my H1-B visa stamped and I don't think my citizenship will get approved by then. Is it safe to leave US to get H1-B stamped in this situation? I am in a big dilemma of what to do. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Link to comment
ottawa_rocks
You already showed your true indian nationality and love for India by joining US forces, now no need to cry about your stupid h1b. Link to comment
