How many days does it take for the visa Stamping in Ottawa

Hi

My Visa Interview is on Jan 5th (Ottawa) . 

Can any one help with the Travel Plan I am planning to go  start on Jan 4th

and when can I book my return Flight.

 

Please Advise.

5 business days as planned, but it could be quicker than that.  If everything goes smoothly I'd say 3 days is enough
