spawani Posted December 12, 2014 Report Share Posted December 12, 2014 I received my Greencard through my husband's application in October 2014 while I was out of the country. I have been out of US since Sept 2014. I plan to re-enter in Feb/ March 2015. Will a 6 month of absence from the country (Sep on H4 visa and Oct-Mar on green card) cause any questions or issues at the immigration on entry? If so, please advice on when should I return to the US? Link to comment
