I have submitted a request to USCIS under right to Information act to retrieve the notice, but they sent me the following mail, Your request was received on --Date-- regarding your immigration record EAC***. We recommend that you direct your request to the following govt agency: National Visa Center/ US Dept of State ----- Washington DC I have tried to see my EAC number in USCIS Status but, It returned the following status. Can I try to submit the erequest now? I am not sure where to proceed next. Thanks in Advance.
