sireger Posted December 9, 2014 Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 I am working on H1b from 7 yrs with 140 extention, when my h1 extention was applied provided/mentioned Client-A address/ location, now I am working for client B, amendment/LCA was not applyed from employer for new location/ client B , now there is some medical emergency and need to travel to India, is this a issue for visa stamping in US counsalate in India , since i129 mentioned client A address. Obviously you need H1 amendment, tell your employer to file it under PP. Link to comment
