a.ranjan25
Hi Team,I have few queries related to H1-B visa transfer as I will be moving to new employer very soon: · I have my current I-797 & Visa with my current employer and both are valid till September 2016. After the H1-B transfer to new employer(i.e. after joining new employer), I will be going to India for vacation in February 2015 for one month. So, before coming to USA in March 2015 do I need to go for fresh Visa stamping as H1-B sponsor will be changed? · If yes, then what is the process for visa stamping and documents required for visa stamping in India? · If not, then is it valid to travel with old visa(with existing employer) and new I-797(with new employer) i.e. I will not face any issues during my travel or in port of entry as my I-797 will be with new employer and Visa with existing employer? Please advise and guide me so that I will not face any issues during my travel and vacation to India. Thanks, Link to comment

toobrown
You can travel with the old visa stamp. Make sure you carry all your previous H1B approvals along with the latest approval. Enjoy your trip Link to comment
