H1B_DEV
Hi All, Last year i have applied my H1-B from one employer and it got rejected in lottery so this year I am thinking to apply the H1-B from two employer(both employer are ready to file my H1-B). So could you please confirm me on below queries. What happen if my petition approved from both the employers? In this case, do I need to ask one of the employer to withdraw the petition? What happen If both employer denied to withdraw the petition? Please help me to clarify my doubts over above cases. Thanks & Regards, Dev Link to comment
ashuneel
1. What happen if my petition approved from both the employers? You can choose which employer to work for. 2. In this case, do I need to ask one of the employer to withdraw the petition? No 3. What happen If both employer denied to withdraw the petition? JoeF
It won't increase your chances. In fact, it is likely to decrease your chances, because RFEs and denials are more likely for such attempts to cheat. Commit to one employer. Link to comment
rahul412
Both the employers can file your H1, but make sure that they are not consulting firms. If both approved, select one. Link to comment
H1B_DEV
Thanks All. Actually I am in India and i have read it somewhere that if both the petition approved then before going to stamping we have to ask one of the employer to withdraw the their petition. So it is true or i have ask one of the employer to withdraw the petition then only I can go for stamping. Thanks in advance. Regards, Dev Link to comment
