Ran121
Hi, I'm currently working for a Healthcare firm in the U.S as a Software Developer. Its a permanent (full time) position. I got my H1 approved and now I need to get it stamped. My education background is B.Com specialized in Computer Science(Completed in India) and MBA (Completed in the U.S). I do not have any code Engineering background. Is there any chances I will get any query while the H1 stamping interview about my background? Please advise. Thank you! Link to comment
jairichi
B.Com stands for Bachelor's in Commerce. Where did this Computer Science specialization part come from? You need to have a minimum of 4 years bachelor's degree related to H1B profession. You have a good possibility of H1B visa rejection. Link to comment
