H1 Transfer - Premium Processing , No status

My H1 Transfer was filed on 12th of Nov , and I got the receipt number yesterday since then its showing the same error message.

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

Though H4 petition filed along with this , shows initial review .

I called at the number provided , and the last status update was done on 12th of Nov , I talked to the customer care representative and she told me to talk to the employer in this regard , though she also said that because of the website overhaul some cases are having this issue.

I even talked to my new Employer and their counselor confirmed the same from USCIS , regarding technical issues because of the overhaul.

 

But as the status didnt change for past three days , am worried now as I already have resigned and planning to join the new employer this week.

 

Anybody else having / had simillar issues please share

Thanks , to add to the woes , I tried to check my case status at premium processing line "18663155718" , and they are not able to locate the case there.

 

Though my employer said they have filed the case under premium ,I checked the amount quoted in I-797C and it shows $2325.00 , and on of the forums it was written this is the fee for normal processing not premium one.

My Employer verified that it was not filed in premium and filed it in premium and the status is now showing up , would like to know from the esteemed members of the forum if H4 transfer / extension has to be filed in premium too ? or changing the H1 transfer processing to premium will apply for H4 as well?

If H4 is included in the same petition then PP will apply for H4 too.
