Labor Certification - Company Names

Hello,

 

I am on my 6th year of my H1B & my company is working on my GC

But it is too late as I am completing my 6 years in December 2014

I am moving out of the country this week to keep some time on H1B

 

Here is the real & tricky situations that I need answers

 

1. My company has changed name from A to B
2. All the advertisement they have published is for Company A
3. Now they have to apply my Labor Certification but the Company name is B
4. What will happen in my case how will my company proceed and process this
5. What are the chances of getting my LC & I140 approved
