H1B Denial

I got my H1B Transfer denied in April 2014 and file again which was denied again in Sep 2014.

Now if i try to transfer again will the denials earlier have any impact on my case. will the denials be considered while processing my petition. ?

What was the reason for the denial?

You need to find a good employer, not some shady companies.

Otherwise, you will just see denials again.

the first time i got denied saying the position does not qualify for a h1b position

the second time for not submitting the education evaluation document.

 

am currently in India now.

You didn't got any RFE to submit your evaluation documents??

Is your H1 employer a consulting firm??

it was a consulting firm and got a ref , the lawyer missed to submit the document

I got RFE the lawyer who replied did not submit the eduction evaluation document.

I suggest you to find another employer, not a consulting firm. If not you will kill your chances of getting US visa.
