I140 approved doing H1Transfer.

I am with Employer A and i got my i140 approved a month ago. now i want to move to employer B. If i move to employer B and my employer A revokes my i140 can i use my perm date if my employer files GC ??

 

 I was told if i have to use the perm date i have to stay for at least 6 months with employer A after approval of i140 then do the transfer to employer B so even after Employer A revokes my i140 i can use the perm date with employer B because i stayed with employer A for 6 months after my i140 got approved.

 

Is this true ??

No, you can use your old PD.

Sure, once I-140 is approved, PD is yours to keep. 

 

What you were told - I had the same (mis)understanding for a long time and my doubts were cleared on this forum that that's not the case.
