Employers A/B/B Approved 140 with A, pending labour with B, Can i move to C?

I got my I-140 approved with Employer A at my 5^th year of H1B

 

Immediately after that i transferred to Employer B at 5^th year and got 3 year H1B extension..Now my Labour is pending with Employer B.

 

Now I am in 7^th year of H1B extension.

 

Now I have an offer from a reputed company(Employe C). Will I be able to transfer my H1b from Employer B to Employer C and get 3 year H1B exnteions based on my prior approved I-140.?

Can I port date from Employer A’a I-140.?

If A's I-140 is still in approved status, yes, "C" could ask up to 3 yrs on H1b for you.

Yes, a 3 year extension is possible only if approved I-140 is not revoked by employer A.

Simple answer is Yes if approved I-140 from employer A is not revoked.

I wonder why are you relying on this forum when you can directly get answers from attorney's of Employer C as you got the offer already. I would suggest to talk to them before proceeding further
