What will be my status during my vacation 2. Should my payroll run during that time even when I'm not working Any other things i should be aware of , please advise me Link to comment

I dont have any paid vacation If you are on vacation in US you need to be paid. Outside US you are fine as you are in no status with regard to US. Correct me if I am wrong. Being in India you do not have to be paid if it is employer's policy and it does not have anything to do with your H1B. Link to comment
