d128128 Posted November 6, 2014 Report Share Posted November 6, 2014 Hi, I got H1B approved in 2013 . Went for stamping and got VISA approved for Dec 2015. But due to family issues was not able to travel , as a result the Employer termination the H1B Petition I got a different job who is processing my petition , had following queries Is the VISA from Old Petition still valid ? Is it better to go for VISA stamping again ? Will travelling with Old VISA create any problems with the PoE officers as the Petition is changed ? Wanted to avoid a where PoE officers are asking questions due to Petition change.. Thanks for your help Link to comment
