Is Visa Stamping Again Better ?

Hi,

 

I got H1B approved in 2013 . Went for stamping and got VISA approved for Dec 2015. But due to family issues was not able to travel , as a result the Employer termination the H1B Petition

 

I got a different job who is processing my petition , had following queries

• Is the VISA from Old Petition still valid ?
• Is it better to go for VISA stamping again ?
• Will travelling with Old VISA create any problems with the PoE officers as the Petition is changed ?

Wanted to avoid a where PoE officers are asking questions due to Petition change..

2. If you want to but not mandatory.

3. No. You need new employer's I797 along with your valid H1B visa.
