r_arvindk2000
Hello All, Your opinion is most appreciated. I was working at Company A on H1b and they started my green card processing(EB2). My I-140 got approved with priority date Jan 2011. I got a better offer at company B and decided to switch. I got an extension of 3 years on the H1b. I was told I can carry over the priority date for a new gc petition but labor will have to be re-done. This company is undergoing lot of structural and financial difficulties. I have secured an offer from company C. If I transfer my H1b over, will I again get 3 years on the basis of the approved I-140 from company A? What are the risks involved? Your assistance is most welcome. Regards Aditya Link to comment
