Employer Name on Pay Stub is different

Pay stubs provided by my employer is having a different employer name as in my h1 petition.

Employer group has 2-3 companies and he is doing it without any specific reason.

Will this be an issue in case of H1 transfer or  Visa Stamping.

Does your 797 and pay stubs have same employer name on it?

Something is wrong here. You need to contact your employer and ask them why they are different.
