H1 denial and reapplying H1 from new employer

Hello, 

 

My H1B got denied today and I previously got an offer from other company. 

Is it ok if I apply H1 again from that employer, what are my options.

 

Also my I94 got expired end of september, so If I move to  F1 say will it be ok to stay in US with I20?

F1 is gone, you can't get F1 now.

Does the other company is still ready to hire you? If yes then file H1 ASAP.

Even if new employer files a cap exempt H1B petition and gets approved you will not get an I94 attached to it. You can not move to F1 as admissions are long over for Spring session.
