jonbonraki Posted November 4, 2014 Report Share Posted November 4, 2014 hi my h1b started on oct 1 and i was laid off from my job on aug 29 .. my employer ran payroll untill 29 september and from october 1 ..to nov 5 he asked me to come up with a vacation letter..to make up for the payroll that is not being run.as i m still looking for a job. will there be any problem down the road. for the action that we are taking now . kindly let us know Link to comment

File a complaint against that fraud employer, currently you are out of status for not getting paid. Link to comment
