Hi All,

 

I ogt my F1 visa in my 2nd attempt in india.

 

Now i got h1b approved and planning for h1b stamping.

 

i have a doubt regarding the below question.

 

Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?

 

 

What will be my answer tot he above question? YES or NO

Answer YES to it and add the genuine reason for it is what I would say

The answer is yes. They should given you 221G or reason of denial.
