alpana.b Posted October 25, 2014 Report Share Posted October 25, 2014 Is it true that person who has spent 6 weeks to 12 weeks in US on B1 visa in any given year ( multiple instances over last few years i.e. 4 weeks in 2014, 6 weeks in 2013, 10 weeks on 2012, 6 weeks in 2011, 12 weeks in 2010 etc) has a very high chance of H1b rejection in 2015?
