naveenhks
Hi Applied H1B while in USA with H4 visa in 2007. Got H1B approval in 2007 but no I94 card printed on approval notice, after multiple follow-ups with USCIS in 2007 there was no progress. Since than was on H4 till today. Now want to activate the same H1B which was never used till today. Is it possible to activate? Regards. Link to comment
jairichi
Yes, an employer has to file a cap exempt H1B petition along with COS. Link to comment
omshiv
If there was no I-94 on the approval notice that means COS was not approved and you have been on H4 all these while. You should have left the country and return back with H1 stamping. Link to comment
naveenhks
Hi How to know wheather H1B is still valid (In the sense is there a way to find out as employer as initiated Revocation), If its not revoked then will identify an employer and leaving the country for visa stamping. Regards Employer would have revoked your H1B petition long back. Even if revoked an employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition. Link to comment
