vanka56
Hello, I had a consultation call with one of the Murthy's senior attorney and clarified the feasibility of filing a CAP-Exempt H1B(it was approved in 2008, not used, no I-797 documents). Suddenly the employer who was interested in filing has suddenly withdrawn and no clear explanation from them for withdrawing. Samething happened with lot of employers, Since i am on L1B, i believe they are reluctatant to do because i cannot work only on approval(not on receipt) and also there is a elongated timeframe associated with my joining date(say 2 weeks for filing and 2 weeks for my notice period. i cannot put down the papers immediately agter filing since my L1 may get cancelled). I really dont now how to convince them. Is ther a forum/platform wherein i can find employers, convince them and let him file a CAP-Exempt H1 ir does Muthy can suggest some employers. Please advise. Thanks in advance!! Link to comment
JoeF
Look for good employers, not consulting companies. Good companies know that people can't start tomorrow. If a company wants you, they won't have a problem to wait for a few weeks. Link to comment

vanka56
Hi joeF, May sound easy, it's really difficult to find a company to a consulting company. :) All major employers will agian depend on consulting companies when it comes to hiring. right? Link to comment
