JoeF Posted September 27, 2014 Report Share Posted September 27, 2014 Surrogacy is a complicated legal and ethical issue (maybe you remember the recent case where a couple in Australia wouldn't accept the handicapped child born using surrogacy.) You need to consult a competent lawyer about all these issues. Your state bar association has a lawyer referral service. Link to comment

The first point is : to get Canada citizenship. You follow the Canada steps. For exit visa, you get that from Indian government. You buy plane tickets to USA, and you will get visa to USA from India.
