Labour Certification 2 application and 2 Dates

I was working for company A files for labour eb3 2009 goes in audit meanwhile move to another company B files for labour used new current date lawyer mistake and mine for eb2 2012 with experience got approved i140 approved now I thought the case was closed but still can appeal for old case pending for company A labour can I transfer the company A priority date to the approved one of company B priority date of labour what are the options please help

Priority date is established by I-140 approval. This is not the your case. Your PERM went into audit and before it's approved, you moved on. If you had moved after I-140 approval from "A", then only you could have retained PD.
