My 1st term is over and 2nd term Fall-14 is going to start in Sept-14. I had randomly applied for H1B based on my MBBS, ( medicine ) of India. Employee answered Rfe in 1st week of Aug-14. My Q is, will my H1b will be approved? How much time will it take to answer ? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi Posted August 14, 2014 Report Share Posted August 14, 2014 What was RFE about? Approval is based on proper documents submitted to USCIS. You can upgrade to PP and you will get a decision in 15 calendar days. Link to comment
