COS from L2 to H4

Hi,

 

I am on L2 and have got L2 - H1 COS approved from 1-Oct-2014. I don't plan to start work on 1-Oct-2014 but may start it around 1-Apr-2015. Now my husband is changing status from L1 to H1 and mine from L2 - H4 around 31-Aug-2015.

 

Question: Will my status continue as H4 from 1-Oct-2014 onwards or will it change to H1.
