Visitor Visa Appointment Confirmation Page

Hi,

I made an appointment for my parents for visitors visa.In confirmation page

visa priority is showing as just language not mentioning which language.I have selected regional language.

So how the embassy people know in which language should visa interview be conducted.

Please suggest.
