PERM denied, requested for reconsideration

Hi:

I applied for my PERM in EB2 category in February 2013.  I got an audit in September 2013 and the Attorney replied to the audit.  In August 2014, my PERM got denied.  DOL denied the application based on the reason that the “travel” requirement was not listed in the additional recruitment efforts, specifically placement agency.  My Attorney believes that DOL is completely wrong on this.  The additional recruitment steps do not need to contain the text of all of the descriptions.   My Attorney has submitted a Request for Reconsideration.

Has anyone experienced the same?
How much time does it take for them to reply to the request for reconsideration?
What are the chances of my application getting approved?
