ramesh12345
Hi, I have an H1 visa stamp from my old employer up to July 2016. Recently I have received an H1 approval for a new employer(permanent position) and i have moved to my new employer. Now i am working with new employer and Next month due to personal reason, i need to visit India during my India visit, Do I need to get an H1 visa stamped in my passport for my new employer? Or Since i have valid stamp(up to July 2016 ) with my old employer (TCS), can i come directly, is there any issues in Immigration check ( while coming back to USA ) Since i have already moved from old employer, is there any chance to cancel my previous employer (TCS) H1B petition?? Please clarify Link to comment
jairichi
As your visa is valid there is no need to go for stamping. In addition to your valid H1B visa you will need new employer's I797. Link to comment
anilbeereddy
Since your current stamping is valid till July 2016 U no need to attend the visa interview again. At the immigration show the current stamping along with the new employer I-797. Link to comment
