Old H1B visa stamped expired and stamping new petition if employer changed

Hi ,

I was in USA, a year back on H1B visa stamped by company A for a year.

Also I have an approved extension petition filed by company A for another year. However it's not stamped.

Now I am in India. If I wanna go back to USA to work for company B ,

what would be more easier to go to USA ?

1. Get the visa stamped by company A for the new petition ?

2. Just keep the old stamped visa and new petition unstamped , so that company B can

start a petition transfer from India ?

Also what if the company A puts a "void without prejudice" stamp on my visa stamp.

Is my petition still valid ? Can I make to USA once again on it ?

Thanks

Get B's 797 and a valid visa (either A or B) at the time of POE.

Employer's cannot revoke your visa. They can revoke just the petition, but not VISA.
