Confused H1B Posted August 9, 2014 Report Share Posted August 9, 2014 I received an RFE for my pending 485 application. Primarily it asks to resubmit medical examination form 693. For TB, PPD test came positive. So next step is to go for an x-ray. However, this does not seem to be an option for me as I am 24 weeks pregnant. So my civil surgeon advised to get in touch with State Health Department. They considered possibility of x-ray (as I am over 20 weeks in pregnancy) provided they receive a letter from my OB-GYN. Unfortunately, my OB-GYN does not agree for the same. Please advise. Link to comment
