Help With DS 160

Hi ,

 

How many days before i can submit the DS 160  form

 

My scenario,

 

I have Interview on Aug 13th  In jamaica for H1 renewal

 

my wife has H4 - F1 visa interview on  Aug 11th (she has to attend the visa stamping to get Opt)  In jamaica .

 

my questions is :

 

If she denied her  F1 visa on Aug 11th , can i fill new  ds 160 on same day ,pay the visa fee and we both attend on Aug 13th for H1 and H4.. Is it possible

As per US visa site,

 

It is highly recommended that the applicant fill out the form at least 72 hours in advance of their visa appointment.
